Fabulous 40's Have you changed your eating habits for the better since you turned 40? - I have always tried to eat good but I started eating much better in my
late 20's & early 30's. I stopped drinking soda on a regular basis
in my early 30's, I only drink it a couple times a year now. I drink
more green tea, fruit juice and milk. Water too! I dropped 12 lbs. when I
did that!! I hardly eat sweets anymore. A candy bar here and there, but
it isn't every month. I switched oils for when I do fry from veggie oil
to canola and evoo. Most of the time instead of frying I will bake.
It's real easy and healthier!
