Yeah, I know there are some hangovers you just gotta power
through, or rather, sleep through. However, if you need to feel better,
this works for me...-
NO CAFFEINE!!! It makes me even more jittery!
- Ice water, at least an 8 oz. glass, you have to rehydrate!
I drink water and iced green tea to do that. I have also drank vitamin
water, Gatorade, that kind of stuff...they work great too! Tomato juice!
Get that in you also, & some OJ wouldn't hurt! Don't drink that
stuff all at once, silly, you'll make yourself sick! Drink in portions.

-Ibuprofen, it's a must, 2 of them, sometimes 3.
-Hot shower (preferably bath because I don't want to stand up that long). -A vitamin wouldn't hurt ... with FOOD!! My fave for hangovers is biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs. Cold pizza works! Toast is great.... it's easy. ;D
-Then I go back to bed because that works the best!!!!
-When I was younger, I just drank myself out of the hangover with Bloody Mary's or Screwdrivers, lol!;D
